I feel the love :) Miss T - the house actually wasn't aggressively priced at all. Our realtor was expecting an offer about 10k below what we listed it at. Now the concern is that it might not appraise for as much as we've been offered, in which case we'd likely have to lower our price. But we'll cross that bridge when we come to it. Thanks guys!
