I hope it sells for the $200K you are asking for. I mentioned in a previous comment that I just put my house up for sale last week. Last night I received an offer and I am working towards an agreeable deal. Things that I had to watch out for... Tax Proation (short or long), Realitor fees (you can negotiate lower than the "standard 6%" (CROOKS)), closing costs and moving expenses. Good luck with the sale.... Hopefully you can beat my deal, 8 days on the market and 98.5% of asking price. Sounds like you’ve put alot of time, effort, money, blood, sweat and tears into fixing up your place.
