That sounds like some high quality garage cleaning. It sounds like you've really taken good care of your house. I'm sure it will sell quickly. Good luck.

I am putting my house on the market this weekend. It is time to move up in accomidations.

Claire - The projects all take us twice as long as they would if we didn't have our son. That's our trick :) We do have a pack-n-play that we can drag around to our job sites. While I worked in the garage, it was in the driveway under a tree, and he was content there for quite a bit of the time. Also, my husband and I have been trading off on weekends, with one of us taking the baby and the other one working on home improvement projects. My parents have come down to help us on a couple of our projects, which helps - four adults and one child is a pretty good ratio :)
Our son is used to being wherever we are, and he's usually pretty content. If we were doing this a year from now, it might not be as easy, but he's only 11 months old is is pretty easy to entertain. I take breaks to nurse him during whatever project we're working on, and of course there's nap time, when we try to squeeze in as much as possible.
I agree though - it is tough to fit projects in around a baby. My only advice is to plan way more time for each project than you think it ought to take.

You guys have been doing a lot of work for your staging. Can I ask what your son does during these times? That always seems to be the stumbling block for us - projects that take multiple hours (let alone a whole weekend) are so hard to fit in around the kids needs. Any advice?
