I just feel lighter when I'm in stores now than I did a few years ago. Although I still need to get a really warm, long-lasting winter coat and boots for our cold climate after two years down south. These items were plentiful in the thrift stores down there, but here they're a little more scarce, and I didn't plan ahead! I hadn’t had a defining word for this feeling, but I think “freeing” is it.
