I just gobbled up my broccoli sprouts I've been growing this week in a delicious salad. :) Broccoli sprouts are one of the more expensive sprouts, but they're supposed to be extra wonderful for pregnancy. Even though I'm NOT pregnant yet, I figure it can't hurt to start eating them early. Cheers! I totally agree!

I don't know why... it was a good, easy addition to add some nutritional value without really changing the taste, so picky eaters like myself should have had no complaints!
