Small Cents mentioned The Super Baby Food book. I highly recommend it. I bought mine, but it can be found at the library. My favorite section is the one on preparing fruits and vegetables for freezing. The times are different than those in my Rodale Canning Book, probably because the foods need to be softer for a baby.
