In the long run, my hair needs cut less often because it looks better for longer. I signed up for their VIP email newsletter and I get notified the day before they have open appointments. If I take on of the open appointments for the next day, I get 20% off. Makes a difference when you're paying $50 for a cut! I too have cut my husband's hair for a long time.
