Festival of Frugality

The Festival of Frugality is up today at Lazy Man And Money.  Loved the post from The Happy Rock about free exercise.  I do have a gym membership (free with my part-time job), and I go to the gym about four days a week.  But on the other days, I love to come up with as many free ways to work out as I can.  Lots of good ideas on this post!

I was also very interested in Small Cents’ article about the used cloth diaper market.  When we made the decision to use cloth diapers for the baby we’re expecting in May, I checked out Ebay and was surprised by the prices.  Everything seemed like the same prices I was finding on retail diaper websites.  Now I understand why – they’re all new!  I’m shocked that Ebay won’t allow cloth diapers (which can easily run $15 – $20 EACH) to be resold after they have been used.  We’ve decided to make our own anyway, but this post was an a-ha! moment for me.
