		<description>I agree with the previous post. I&#039;m 26, but planning for a child is on my mind because we&#039;ll start trying in three years or so. I love that you work out the expenses because it helps me to look at our situation and plan for what our expenses might be. 

That said, my mom is already planning to be the daycare before the kids are even here! I think it might hurt her feelings if I denied her that, especially since she&#039;ll be retired, living way out in the country, with grandkids only five minutes away from her. But, I&#039;m hoping to be able to make a healthy enough living at freelancing by then that I can either work only 20 hours per week at my current job (for the benefits, mostly) or just quit completely and write (my dream). And I plan to pay her for her time.</description>

		<description>I love reading your blog. One reason is we seem to be is similar places in life right now.  I&#039;ll be 29 in August and my husband (who&#039;s a year younger than I am) and I are talking about starting a family.  Our financial situation is different though, we don&#039;t own our own business and my take-home pay is higher than his.  But we&#039;re asking ourselves many of the same questions you and your husband are asking.
